Founded in 2006 by digital photography enthusiasts, APG aims to share the enjoyment of photography through talks, demonstrations, practical sessions and field trips.

We hold monthly club competitions with feedback from expert judges.

Meetings are held throughout the year on Friday mornings from 0930 to 1200 at Trinity Methodist Church Hall in Percy Street, Amble. NE65 0AG. Doors open after 9.30 for 10am start

Congratulations to George Sudlow who achieved 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the latest KNOCKOUT Competition (Jan 2025).

Congratulations to Tony Wright, winner of the ROSE BOWL OPEN DPI competition in December 2024, and to cap a very successful year Tony also won the title of APG Photographer of Year for 2024.
Well done Tony and well done to all who entered images in our monthly competitions.
